P170 Spiral type cookie biscuits automatic double filling encrusting machine is a upgraded model of the P160 Automatic Encrusting Machine. The P170 Spiral type double filling encrusting machine has total three feeding hoppers, each hopper is driven by double spirals. The third flat feeding hopper is installed on top of machine for making double filling food or double color filled food.

The P170 Spiral type double filling encrusting machine uses stainless steel 304 as the machine structure, and Taiwan brand as the electronics. It uses PE as the spiral and mould materials and PU as the conveyor belt. It is a fully automatic machine with PLC program and colorful screen panel.

P170 model has two types of machine: P170 Spiral type automatic double filling encrusting machine and P170 gear pump type automatic double filling encrusting machine. The spiral type uses three flat feeding hoppers for making most kinds stuffed and non-stuffed food, one filling and double filling food. The gear pump type is special designed for liquid filling like chocolate or jam.
