Description:

The chocolate enrobing equipment is enrobing machine designed to fit on the chocolate tempering machine when installed on the optional cart with casters. It allows enrobing chocolate centers, cookies, ganaches or whatever your want with chocolate. The product pass on a wire mesh belt which is 180 mm wide and are enrobed by a double curtain waterfall system. The chocolate enrobing machine coats top and bottom or top only. For bottom only, a bottomer is available on special request. The control box allows regulating the speed of the belts.

Application of Industrial Chocolate Enrobing Machine:

It can coat various food surfaces with chocolate sauce, such as cereal bars, energy bars, protein bars, candy bars, rice cakes, wafers and wafer sticks, birthday cakes, cakes, bread, wraps, pies, muffins, snacks, candies, pastries, mooncakes, biscuits, crackers, cake balls, date balls and chocolate truffles, mochi, dates, strawberries and other fruits. The chocolate coating machine can also coat the surface or bottom of food products.
