Description:
The fully automatic double layer energy bar production line
consists of the following equipment: a P160 fully automatic
encrusting machine, a fully automatic energy bar cutter, and a
fully automatic tray sorting machine. The P160 fully automatic
encrusting machine acts as a protein energy extruder, form the
mixture or dough to the bar with double layers or three layers. The
protein bar cutter cuts the long strips into strips, squares,
bite-sized pieces, rolls, and round slices. The tray sorting
machine collects the finished products in sequence.
